i paid from My HDFC credit card via Paisa Pay for Iteam No. 181985995293 on Date:18.01.2016 Time: 17:04:14 and i also used a 10% discount coupon,The item costing was Rs. 235.00 and i paid Rs.216.20 after getting 10% discount. the amount got deducted from my hdfc credit card account but no confirmation from paisapay. No paisa pay ID was provided. My credit card statement clearly showing the money was transferred to EBAY. I have all the proofs for payment.
So now i want my payment return. so it is my request that do best from your end to solve out this issue.
