i have bought a Samsung galaxy S3 mobile from Ebay which says it has has a warranty of 1 yr. now, suddenly my mobile has stopped detecting any sim card. had called Ebay customer care – they said its a seller warranty and ebay cant do anything other than simply providing me the seller no. which they did. when i called the no. the person first told me i have not used the instrument properly when i told him its not that, he straight away told to get it done from some local guy . when i refused saying it is under warranty and i want u to do it. he told me why i wanted to do all these courier things… it was then i told him that i had already taken my mobile to Samsung customer care & they have told me that the mother board of the phone is not working (which is a manufacturing defect) other wise in just 8-9 months of the purchase.
the seller told me he will get back. which he hadnt..
nor is ebay helping to resolve…
i m struck without a mobile which i had bought from the trusted ebay site….
waiting for the matter to be solved since 3 days
