I placed a order in ebay on 1 jan 2015 for a shoe. I paid for that through net banking my money was transferred but my order was not placed and I don't received any confirmation message from eBay. After that I told that all the matter to customers services through phone thay said it refund after 48 hours but it gone 6 day. Still I didn't received any refund.
Now what am I doing?
