I have order lenovo k3 note in 17th march but during the transection some error was there. the amount was already been deducted and I have send email so many time but not getting any response. "FSBI4362275564IGOBRQJT0" this is the reference no. For the deduction of money from the sbi account statement. There is no update or list of item purchase has been written in my ebay account. So I donot have any id nor can put claim since nothing has been listing in my account. So please kindly help me with this. please let me know that the amount deducted will be refunded or the order will be send.
