Hello Ebay Team
Item Received in a broken consition,I returned to the guy who delivered but he refused and asked to raise a claim, I contacted the seller he asked me to open the packet and send photos, Which I refused intialy but sent him photos, I also raised a claim 775672 which ebay claims that they called me but they never did, To my surprise I got an email saying that the claim is resolved, I called again the call centre after waiting for 11 mins i got connected and the guy has promised to escalate the matter. I called the seller Kitchen **bleep** Mr Tarun Baweja, he is asking on why i raised a complaint and he is busy and not having time to speak to me.
for INR 361 I have to go through such an ordeal, ebay is pathetic, whatever is the outcome of this claim I am a disatisfied with EBAY.
