intentional delay in refund by ebay

dear friends,
i was regular purchasaer from ebay. In one product, product was not as per description and i have demanded refund via dispute resolution centre. I have talked to seller. seller told me that ebay has not given me amount. i have talked to ebay custormer care and mailed so many times but since 2 & 1/2 months has been passed but they are not refunding my money and not answering any of my mail. i dont know what is their intention???????

To an extent I agree to the above. Ebay cannot have extended timelines for refund. Ebay support use to call me and ask me how they can help , when I didnot need help.

When the shipment is delayed for one month, noone has bothered till date to call me.
TO top it, they will charge me Rs 50 to resolve the issue which is no creation of mine.

Ebay should be genuine as we are genuine buyers
