To an extent I agree to the above. Ebay cannot have extended timelines for refund. Ebay support use to call me and ask me how they can help , when I didnot need help.
When the shipment is delayed for one month, noone has bothered till date to call me.
TO top it, they will charge me Rs 50 to resolve the issue which is no creation of mine.
Ebay should be genuine as we are genuine buyers
