I have ordered an item no: 141368222173 on 12oct 2014.i was waited till 20oct2014 and still the status of the item initially showed as refund generated by system. Later it showed as refund hold. while contact the chat center at ebay they provided an information that my item has shipped on 20oct2014 and the awb number will be updated in 24 hrs. This message i have recieved on 23oct2014. i have also rasied raised the claim at My pasiapay on 26oct2014. still now there is no communication from Ebay or from the seller.
my suggestion to ebay, if it is not possible to delivery the products to the customer on time dont give such offers and its a kind of cheating..
let me see do i get any mails or responses from you after this message.
