i have ordered my iphone's battery on 21july my paise pay id is 39792670877
i got shipment on 31july and then i found the shipment in not working condition (defected)
so i raised a claim, my gurantee claim id is 1121558. Actually i called regardind the issue they said our claim and refund team will contact you .
but its almost 7 day i havent got any call from them YET .i everyday used to call them and ask regarding this but every time they says wait for 48 hrs
sir its almost 168 hrs i have waited .
so actually i want to clearify Is this is actually your best way of dealing with customers ?
Is this is the best kind of service your are providing ?
now i am regrating the shopping i did from your site .
its really very pathetic and very torturing.
i request you to please take this on serious consideration
otherwise ill take legal action against your company .
