First i would like to thank you for good product quality and good services provided to buyers.
I am one of the Ebay buyer, i have done couple of buying on ebay portal, i have received good quality product from ebay india.
I used to read positive and negative feedback of the seller before buying any product. I was looking one of product and reading feedback about the seller, i came to know that there are couple of negative feedback in that seller also replied to buyer.
I have read replies also from seller to buyer that seller has used very bad language to the buyer, so i request you to ebay team that make policy like that seller or anyother person can not use bad language.
If you think about this then overall impact would be on ebay reputation and goodwill not on the seller because buyer will experienced bad service from ebay, buyer never take the seller name he will tell or publish that i have bad experienced on ebay shopping apparently it will affect ebay reputation.
So please do the needful.
