it really a big unsatisfactory from your side. I am really unhappy. I am not getting my resolution in any way. e bay is not concern to even make call or mail back to me. I have launched complaint regarding the the faulty phone with faulty charger. The phone is not at all calling and if calls i cant hear and the no one on the other end can hear even. I have changed the sim card and I have done its reset so many time but, result is same. please forward my refund as soon as possible. the seller is also aware about this. please do what ever you are doing and do it soon. if you replace it do that even
