I have placed an order on 22 April for an iPhone 6s Plus and it's a payment through net banking.i have made the payment but the item was not shipped and the details of the seller is also fake.though I waited till he delivery date informing all the fact.no calls from eBay after the delivery date but I have opened the claim stating that item not received but no response from eBay and then I called and got info that I have to wait till the seller gives the proof of dispatch till 20 days. I have taken snapshot all the events and recorded the conversation of eBay representatives.once you hear that you will have 100%insecure feel.the seller is not registered now and suspended but my money is struck from 22 April.
please note this is the real scenario of buyer who was trying to purchase a product from bay.
