I had received a call from your guarantee dept. & they straight way refused to give any types of refunds nor give us any types of help to convince eBay supplier to change the corrupted 64gb micro sd card Samsung make supplied by (Pramukh Enterprise Ahmedabad). I am very disappointed to heard like this from well known eBay company, if eBay doesn't help in this case we never deal in future any types of purchase from your sites. I request to the buyers Pl. do not put any faith to eBay guarantee says "don't worry" . Even their suppliers made loose talk with the buyers & told us we had not replaced the corrupt sd card whatever you want to do, even go to the consumer court we are not going to replaced ...
