I purchase a item and it came in damaged condition,i file a claim but its rejected 2 times an now its pending issue more than 5 months i filed a complaint in consumer court ,and tell ebay to give me a my money back,but ebay is most worst online shopping experience ,there is no contact or no favour in consumer ,my material is with seller and issue is pending,ebay is refusing to giving me material back ,and taking roughly with me,i when tell to ebay,i will go to consumer court they say no worry u can go consumer court ,but cant do anything ,ebay is cheating with consumers ,i wrote a letter to ministry of concern department to this type of frauds in India ,there is no value in ebay for the consumers they want only money and no service ,
