Purchased a smoke machine on 14-December-2016.
Machine was not working, so tried to send it back on 2-Jan.-2017, ebay said that - 10 days over, kindly contact the seller directly.
I have send the item (272477480183) back to seller.Paid Rs 660 from my pocket.
ebay says that they will refund my money, when they get an e-mail from seller.
seller says that if you (customer, myself) remove negative feedback, then only he will send email to ebay, to refund my money.
I went to the extent that i told the seller (Mr Dilip Yadav) that once i get my money back from ebay, i will remove your negative feedback.
I am shocked how ebay is playing with consumers to allow such sellers to sell via ebay.
In case i do not get my money (Rs 2575 for smoke machine and Rs 660 for courier) back by monday (16.1.2017), i will be forced to move to social media and consumer court against ebay.
