this mail i send to ebay is more than 3 months old and not even replied by ebay. the case is now 6 months old.

I am very disappointed to inform you that I am very dissatisfied to
your service. It is more than 3 months delay to solve my case.

What is the policy of your business, I don’t understand it. first you
send the another item which is cheaper than ordered item .. and if
customer wants refund than cut the shipping & processing fee ... this
is the way you done your business..??.

I my case, I have two option : first if I have send the item to seller
for refund than i have the loss of rs. 210.
Money spend by me on item rs. 350 + Return shipping cost rs. 80 =
rs.430
Less processing charges cut by you rs. 50 + shipping cost rs. 80 = rs.
130
Refund amount 350-130= rs. 220
Total money spend by me 430 less money refund by you 220
(430-220)= total loss rs. 210

Second : if I have not return it than total loss of me is also rs. 210
Cost of item rs. 350
But the actual cost of item rs. 200 ( which I found in local market )
And I have buy a charger for it rs. 60.
Loss on item 350-200= rs. 150
Total loss on order 150+60= rs. 210

In both cases I have to bear the loss of rs. 210 on just amount of rs.
350 the 60% amount on purchase.

The two things I want to know is : one : why seller send me the another
item which is not ordered by me? ( he is agree that the item is not
fulfill the description of the ordered item) if he have not the ordered
item , simply say no to order.

And second : when I am contacted the seller and ashish g. (adjuster -
purchase protection claim) , they both are not reply my mail. Why???

The one thing I want to clear you is that , I have not bear any
shipping or other cost in future if you want the item back. I am bear
good amount to learn this lesson that before giving order to ebay think
100 times. I am feel lucky that this amount is just rs. 350, if it is
higher or in thousands than what happen to my money…

And in last I give you a advice that please do not cheat your customers
( or given rights to seller to cheat the customer ) and take strong
action to sellers who done business like this.

eBay was selling duplicate product(chine item) its not a orginal product i was buy air pump but in 3 days its not working i was ask my friend he told me in bangalore you get chipper and good condition

My Complaint is even more complicated than yours......

This is a Issue where I have Purchased the Item No. 130384213082. I have never received this Item. It was not reviewed by the PaisaPay Customer Support. Ebay has Rejected my Refund without any Investigation.

Docket Details of the Courier (DTDC : P12263889) reflects that Shipment was Dispatched on April 17, 2010 ; Whereas, I have purchased the Item on Sunday April 18, 2010. Just tell me, How it is Possible ?????

And Courier was delivered in Chennai, whereas My Registered Address with Ebay is in Dehradun, since the time of Registration.

I have also escalated the case to trust and safety, but they are not responds to my mails from last more than 1 month.

Friends, eBay has a monopoly for all this Business Model. Please tell me where I will File the FIR against eBay for this Fraud ????? I am from Dehradun...

This mail is in regards to the claim filed by me against seller "binasaha" for item No # 130384213082 ; Claim No # 1716075. It was temporarily Closed by your Team as My Account was Suspended.

Now their is No Restriction on My eBay Account. As I have already told you that It was very unfair decision in the favour of Seller for the PaisaPay ID : 26565929356.

It was not reviewed by the PaisaPay Customer Support. Please have a look at the attached Screenshot. Where Docket Details of the Courier (DTDC : P12263889) reflects that Shipment was Dispatched on April 17, 2010 ; Whereas, I have purchased the Item on Sunday April 18, 2010. Just tell me, How it is Possible ????? (Please also check the same by yourself)

And Second thing is that the Shipment was Delivered in Chennai, Whereas My Registered Address on eBay is in Dehradun City (North India) since the time of Registration.

And I have also attached the second Screenshot, Where Seller herself claims that she has entered the wrong shipping details and unable to remove the same, As I have already told her to cancel the Transaction just due to the Pirated Item.

Now, Please investigate this matter on Urgent Basis, and do the Needful on Urgent Basis.

Why the Refund of PaisaPay ID 26565929356 is Rejected. I have not received this Item till now and seller has entered the wrong shipping details.

I think you people have not checked the shipping details entered by the seller. DTDC , Airway Bill No : P12263889

POINT NO. 1 :

I have Purchased the Item on April 18, 2010. Whereas the Courier details reflects that it was Dispatched on April 17, 2010.

It means, seller has shipped the item one day before my Purchase. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE ??????????

POINT NO. 2 :

Courier Tracking Details reflects that This was delivered on April 19, 2010 in Chennai, Whereas My registered Address in E Bay is at Dehradun since the time of Registration.

POINT NO. 3 :

It was Sunday on April 18, 2010. How it is possible that It was delivered to me on same day in chennai, as it was dispatched from Pune. I have purchased the same on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at after 20:00 hrs.

POINT NO. 4:

Please have a look at the Attachments where screen shot of the mail from seller is attached, where she accept that she has entered the wrong shipping details and she is then unable to delete the wrong details, as We both do not want to complete this Transaction.

Humbly Request to you please Investigate these Urgent Points and Hold the Refund on Urgent Basis.

And please take the decision only after the Investigation on above mentioned Points.
