Hi, I. Have purchased micromax mobile worth 1435/- from ebay and I received damaged piece. I rasied a complaint and that got solve on 30th July. But till now I not got refund.
It is very bad. From 1month I am every day I am calling customertod care but no use. It's all are cheating. Today if I cal they wil tel 10 to 15 day time line. After 15 days also they wil tel 10 to 15 days. I am shocked!!!!!!!! What is this??? I don't to know to whom I need to approach?? I spoke to grievance department also. Mr shashimanav. He sent a mail also to me. But no use. Pls help me out how to get my money...??
