Dear ebay,
I was issued with a coupon of 110% with 3 months of validity. Last date of using the coupon was 23-Feb-2017.
On the same day (23-Feb-2017), when I tried to redeem the coupon, I was getting error showing "This coupon is expired please use another coupon". Though it was the last day of validity to use, I was still getting the error. I think, there must be some system error in ebay. I made the complain and earlier Mr. Rishabh Upadhyay refused to alot me with new coupon. Hence I replied with a video link as an proof of evidence, I have recorded on that day (23-Feb-2017) while redeeming the coupon but till date didn't got any response from ebay customer support.
Later Charmi S from ebay customer support asked me to wait for 3-5 working days and I do the same but yet no solution from her.
I request you to kindly sort my problem as soon as possible because it's already past more than 18 days.
