I am purcainfg Iphone 4s from ebay on 25th Jan 2017 when I received a item that was refurbished mobile not a brand new I am raise a claim on ebay with my paisa pay id is 44599987565 claim is is 2669820 which Iphone 4s seller sending me that was a not brand new that was refurbished mobile but ebay not listening me there executive call me and said that is brand new and not listen my problem they close my claim without my will without solving my problem after some days I am talking with seller they agree with retrun that product but they not talk with ebay or not sending to mail on ebay but he send me confirmation mail now its more than 15 days I have no resolution from ebay I am very disappointed with ebay pls help me this time only in my life I am not purchaing anything from ebay never never never
