As per eBay policy seller has to ship the item with in 5 days after booking, But after booking the item, it is telling item will be shipped by seller with in 10 days. Then I tried to refund the money then customer care are told that we can't refund the money as mentioned by the seller item will be shipped with in 10 days, but that I got to know after that payment id done.
And customer care is irresponsible that they are not interacting with the seller even. seller has entered wrong airway bill number and I asked them to get the correct details from seller that also they are doing, If try to call seller always his mobile will become busy
I have booked the item on 8th November and it will delivered with 2nd December... today 21st November and no one will wait this much time once bought item...
Over all customer services are very bad that till now I never faced this kind of serivce
