eBay accounting department is impeccable and fantastic only until when it comes to collecting money from sellers and buyers but they tend to do mistakes when it goes vice versa.

 

In our years of experience on eBay, they never missed a single paisa from their fees but when it comes to paying back then we lost money at many times.

 

We never received one of our DOW promotion credits which was due 03 years ago. 

 

We never received some of our gifts for purchases made on eBay.

 

We made two payments to eBay fees due to bank error 15 days ago but it is still to be reflected in our account.

 

They updated one FVF refund after 45 days of waiting and further follow-up.

 

They charged us Rs.2200/- for wrong weight and refunded only Rs.400/- after 03 months of follow-up.

 

One of our buying credit coupon is awaited since 07 days.

 

Not to mention about the usual remittance delays with innovative excuses.

 

We hope that someone who cares about eBay would look into the matter to rebuild their reputation like in good old days.

ebay is there from so long and still seller support is inefficient , specially powership. sometimes they are good and fast enough

but sometimes we keep mailing them and no reply from their end.

 

Specially when courier companies charges wrong, powrship team replies after 3-4 mails and money gets refunded in 2 to 4 months.

 

There should be some ticket system and report problem button on every remittance where we can select paisapay id and report for wrong weight charges , and that should be solved maximum 15 days.
