eBay Powership - Horrible service

eBay customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I opted for powership just to try it. However, it was the worst decision. There is absolutely no co-ordination between LSP and eBay and a nightmare.  eBay boasts on it's powership page that the once the seller clicks "Print Labels", it is then the responsibility of the LSP. It is not true. Unless the LSP picks up the shipment from you, the status of the order doesn't refelct as "Shipped". Customer calls will come to you and not eBay! This is pure torture.

 

Now the real nightmare. After being fed up with the powership, I decided to opt out and a request was sent on 27/12/14 (SR # 1-40910243981). In spite of repeated followups, powership is not yet deactivated for my account. Each time the customer service is contacted, it's the same story - your issue is being escalated and you will receive a call/email shortly. 

 

Please stay away from powership. You'll have more control and peace of mind with your own LSP.
