I have been misled, lied to and left in a lurch by ebay. Even though the vendor has tried to help, the courier service has not shipped my item for 3 days despite informing ebay regarding the urgency. The deadline given has not been met even though I have multiple written assurances from the customer care team. Now they have resorted to blatantly refusing to even assist.
