the seller says ''u gave a negative feedback,now do whatever u want i'll not give any replacement or refund, ebay will remove the negative feedback from my account "
how the heel can he be this rude , its only becoz of ebay support
if ebay has got the system of removing the negative feedbacks then why the heel do they say - leave feedback
now i understand how a seller gets top rating ( just remove all negative feedbacks)
ebay has got the worst customer service
instead of the complaint they at least don't have the minimum responsibility to respond to the mails placed.
i don't suggest a purchase on ebay u will purchase headache not the product + phone bill
do not believe on ebay guarantee it's for seller not buyer
becoz ebay has got no rights to talk to the seller (informed by ebay customer service)
