I have reported receipt of damaged item on 29th April. After 10 days, you asked for clarifications and images.I have sent the images on 9th May.
Till date, the claims team of Ebay has not bothered to act on my claim (claim ID 486512).
Unlike other online channles, ebay takes the entir money upfront. You people advertise so much on ebay guarantee. But what I see is totally different. There is no buyer protection. If the buyer does not get the correct item, then his money is lost.
This should be the last site for online shopping in India.
Please arrange to refund my payment within 48 hours. Beyond this, I would be **bleep** to explore legal options.
