I am not new to E bay but have become active after a very long time. But What I have found now is that people do place bids on the items and won it but they do not make the payment to0 actually buy the items. COnversion rate is very very Low. What could be the actual reaso for this and how such ocuurances can be reduced if not completely vanished.
