Dear Ebay team,
I am using Ebay online purchase system for arround three years, I have purchase so many items through this.
I had purchased a Sony experia Z C6603 on January 2015 with full kit. Within 1 months my headset hasbeen complained. I contacted the ebay and as per their advice, I have went to the service center of sony. Then I was realy shocked. They told me, that handset is a gulf piece and they cannot provide guaratee for the product and they confirmed it cannot get guaratee at any place in India. I have purchased a new headset for my use.
So now I have a message to Ebay and all buyers, Please check the items that you are going to buy, and be alert its warranty related items. Dont be fool....
