complaint about customer services

the product that i bought Nokia BH-108 (OEM) Bluetooth Headset BH108 With Charger " (160979263836) stopped working from last week.I filed a complaint in my ebay id,but no responses till now.Why? What is the meaning of this negligence?Its not even 1 month that i bought the product.Is this the way to treat customers? You were sending so much mails enquiring about the paisapay transaction to be confirmed no? why you are not showing that interest in the aftersales customer problems?I will surely bring this to the notice of those people who are owning this ebay and boasting about it.I won't recomend ebay to my friends anymore and will tell that its the worst online purchase site.
Or,i should get the product replaced within no time.I hope I made it clear to you.
