complaint about MI power bank maloperation

I am facing problem with my new MI power bank order no (40976444095).I did replacement of my first delivered piece having same problem.For that I have to pay courier charges & I got my replacement after 1 month.But the replacement piece also having same problem.please do the needful.

Sorry to hear about your inconvenience. I would suggest you to raise a claim against buyer and let eBay handle the matter, explain the issue to eBay and also submit evidences like photographs etc. which will make your side strong. and also contact buyer and ask for refund else threaten him to give him a negative feedback. also try contacting ebay customercase
