Sorry to hear about your inconvenience. I would suggest you to raise a claim against buyer and let eBay handle the matter, explain the issue to eBay and also submit evidences like photographs etc. which will make your side strong. and also contact buyer and ask for refund else threaten him to give him a negative feedback. also try contacting ebay customercase
