This mail has reference to Claim Id# 615853
On 27.08.2014, I was informed by Ebay Customer Support about the approval of refund request in form of eBay coupon. I was told to
receive a coupon of 110% of item value within 7 to 10 business days.
As on today (08.09.2014), 13 days are over and I have received no refund coupon.
I have received Item in Broken Condition and I want my money back.
Are you people listening..??
