Its been 15 days and really thank god for a reply from EBay.
All details with Photos have been sent and attached in the claim itself.
Providing the same for the mistake of shopping at EBay.
Bought the product ,opened the same and kept my phone over the holder.Within seconds the phone,Holder and the charger was on ground ,infact my phone got slightly damaged.
Kindly assist me get back my money and never ever will I shop to invite trouble from ebay.
