But its a dead battery even its a duplicate battery<br>
Regarding to this i raised a refund claim, aft some days your executive called me and told it has manufacturing warrenty u contact your Samsung service centre then i went to service centre thre they told me its a duplicate battery it has no warranty after that again i called cust care n told the above matter then she replied that she raise a compliant of it and its solved with in 5 days. After some days that is today i called cust care he told me we can't do anything..<br>

Again im asking you please refund my money by taking back that dead battery otherwise i go the consumer forum also i put this in social media.. please try to understand the situation
