First of all, the customer executive was rude while talking...He was taking seller's side and was not ready to listen the customer side...If somebody is buying the mobile back case cover, then I think most of the Seller's describe it by writing hard or soft or silicon base cover...whereas this seller wrote somewhere as soody cover which meant soft base cover...can you expect a layman to understand the meaning of soody...I don't think so..and the customer executive rudely said you are not eligible for your claim of return of product as it is as per the description...Ahh what a site...ugly experience of eBay. ..
