Hi Team, i had ordered product through GEB vide id 3852140828, however within 10 minutes of ordering i called up the ebay helpline to cancel the order and was told by the agent to call the seller directly for this. He gave me phone nymber whch tried calling entire day without any response. Again i called up ebay helpline after 24 hr to tell abt the non responsive number but to my dismay the agent did not even react hearing it & simply told me the u cannot cancel a GEB order. This was my first experience of using ebay platform & i was greatly amazed by the agent reaction.
