ebay india is befooling customers..claim id..2321711..found battery 100 pcent charged n date ,time set, camera issue ,music issue videos shooted have clumsy nuisance sound in back ground..n ebay is saying we don't cover manufac defects..n frnds they took 12 days to give this decision..i ask what the hell ebay covers..c/c persons promise everthing covered under ebay guarentee..n claim team passes time so that refund or replacement period xpires n they say contact seller for used phone supplied...to kya ebay tamasha dekhne ke liye bich me hai...seller kuch bhi bejhe ebay kuch nahi karega..pulic ko chutia banaega aur paise kha jayega..so guys ebay chor hai,fraud hai,cheater hai..i request all dont buy anything from ebay...n i will not spare ebay for this.. definitely drag them to consumer forum... more detailed info reg my case i ll surely furnish so that max people can be saved to become prey to ebay india..chor,fraud..be careful..switch to amazon or flipcart
