behaviourn of ebay persons

ebay executives called m to know product delivery status,but their behaviour was not good ,they insisted me not to get product and ebay will return whole money.AS I wasnot convinced for refund ,instead of that they forced me for refund and hanged up the phone.

kindly give due consideration to it and ensure that in future this behaviour hould not be repeat.

Behaviour of ebay executives was very very bad,rude and unacceptable.How can they force me for refund and not to take product if I am not convinced.
