I purchased new HTC 826 when i recieved the mobile touch of mobile is not working. i raised claim on 1st june and return the mobile to seller but still no response after 15 days. my claim id is 2040015. Poor customer service contact to customer care is very hectic. On ebay no direct contact , so many optionson the site, customer revolve around the options.
