Your service sucks!!!

I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with your service. I had ordered La Briza knee length boots for my daughter and wanted to return it due to the overall size issue. It is quite inappropriate for her. I spoke to the customer service on the very day I received the product. They took 3 working days to get back to me and said I can courier it to the address which they would provide on the next call and that they will reimburse the courier expense as well. Later, I received another call with the conclusion that that such feedback and concerns will not be addressed or taken care by ebay and that I need to check with the dealer directly. I contacted the dealer yesterday and I was told that it has been escalated and ebay will take care, I contacted ebay again today and they are asking me to check with dealer. I don't understand what on earth is going on here. I am shuttling between ebay and the dealer. I need a conclusion and my reimbursement at the earliest!!!
