I ordered 2 solar Panel lights and one was defective and not working. No proper response received from a seller. I put up claim in Ebay and claim was rejected for reason " products come under manufacurer's guarantee". This product is a chinese manufactured product and I asked the seller who is the authorised service sentre and there is no response from the seller. I know there isn't one existing. Without proper investigation, Ebay rejected claim unilaterally. Seems like Ebay guarantee is only to protect the seller and not the buyer. I lost money simply for believing in ebay and paisepay. Now I have decided not to order anymore items throgh Ebay.
