Hi,

I have purchased the Dell laptop from Ebay but after using for two days Laptop shows distorted display.

So I send the Laptop back to seller which costs me Rs 810 /- Ebay told me that they will refund the amount in the form

of coupons.

After getting the laptop back from seller problem still persists and seller again wants laptop back.

I have asked Ebay to arange the pick up from their side but they are denying and told me to do this from my side and they will pay in coupons.

I do not want coupons and donot want to purchase any more still they are forcing me to get the coupons.

Behaviour of Ebay Customer Executive is pathetic.

I want the pick up from Ebay or refund in the form of money.

filled a complain myself and will continue my case , my advice you do the same .

ebay manupulating a lot of rules for their own benefit which is illegal under consumer act

Worst Service by Ebay Customer Service.. Still cannot resolve my issue..Simply theives..
