I'm an eBay seller using PowerShip for past 6months. When i started using PowerShip, support was good. But for past 2 months I'm not getting reply for mails which i had sent to inlogistics@ebay.com. I didn't received any reply for even a single mail i sent in past 2 months even after 3-5 days. Whenever I call PowerShip team, they say that it's a technical problem and they'll say that there won't be any problem in future. But every time I exprience same problem.
I also sent mail inlogistics@ebay.com to change my PickUp address on July 31 and Sep 9. But till now my PickUp address is not changed.
Due to these PowerShip problems I'm losing my reputation.
So I request you to change my PickUp address. If you can't solve problem with PowerShip care or if you can't/won't change my PickUp address, please Opt me Out of PowerShip program and accept failure of your PowerShip Program.
