I had ordered an AIRTEL DTH REMOTE on 12 oct 2016 and I got tracking details on 14 oct .On 16 oct tracking showed that item delivered but I have not received the product.I called hundred times customer care and also claim for refund but every time I was told that your concerned is forwarded to concernd team and my claim has been rejected without any januine reason.
Never believe on its ebay gurantee claim.it is totally fake.I am writing this on 9 nov but till date I neither got any call from ebay not they solved it.they said we have delivered you bcos system show it you contact to courier company.why should I contact to courier company while I paid to Ebay. I must say to all customer NEVER GO FOR EBAY. THANKS
