I had contacted eBay regarding issues with my purchased product many times but it seems eBay is not interested in providing Buyer protection, eBay is only concerned for seller protection even though seller sells products which are counterfeit. The product which I unfortunately bought from eBay has a list of issues which I tried to explain many customer care executives but it seems they are just doing duty to protect seller. The case is straight forward and genuine but still eBay is not showing interest to protect buyer from frauds.
Will it increase eBay's business or spoil eBay's image?
