I have been a user of Ebay India fora whie now. I never had a trouble with the shipment of the item from the seller, till I order BB curve 9360 (item id - 121486654594). The seller decided to ship the item through DOTZOT Courier(???). I have never heard of this name before ever. As expected the courier company is so very inefficient that they never picked up the shipment for 8 days of order. I think even govt postal sevice is much better than this !!!
This useless couier comnay does not have a contact number. One which was provided by the seller was never answered.
The name should be changed for DOTZOT to DOTZAPPED ๐
The oly word comes to my mind is "Pathetic" for this DOTZOT people.
eBay Team India - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE start putting some control over which courier seller selects for shipment. As a buyer I would not mind shelling a couple of pennies extra for a shipment charge but please regularise the courier carriers. Services like FedEx, DTDC would really make a difference to the situation.
eBay being the pioneers of online shopping should at least work on this development area.
