I recently bought a product( Aquarium Stones), and when i recieved that was a shocker. He send me cheap jelly stones which are used below the railway tracks.
Since, the item was not as per the expectation, hence i raised a claim with Ebay Guarentee.

Ordered Deliverd on 09 Sep 2015
Contacted seller to inform, item not expected on 16 Sep 2015
Raised a Claim on 17 Sep 2015
I have been to understand that I have to ship the product back to the seller now for refund
I am contacting Ebay as well as Seller to share the address to which i will return the product, but there is absolutely no response.
Why its such a painful procedure, Other E commerce sites are so well organised that the return takes only couple of days and here Iam its more that a month.
Contact me if you need any more information on this. Also please scrutinize the seller
Do something to get this frustrating process operate seamlessly.
