You can leave a negative feedback for the seller and if you haven't received an item you bought or are not happy with the item you have bought, start by communicating directly with your seller. That's often the best way to resolve things.
If that doesn't work, you can open a claim under eBay Guarantee. Under eBay Guarantee your are covered for your entire purchase amount (Item price + shipping cost) on all payment methods. We will co-ordinate with you and your seller to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. You can raise a claim within 30 days of the payment realization through:
1.The eBay Guarantee link.
2.Raise a PaisaPay Item Not Received /Significantly Not As Described request if the PaisaPay timeline is open through your My PaisaPay.
3.Contacting Customer Support and we will file the claim on your behalf.
4.Use the existing Resolution Center link to register your claim
