Waste promo offer from ebay..ie WTF

I had a good faith in ebay but the WTF made me fool which is done by ebay to their customers.
100% Coupons will not work before the time but 20% will work
i had the proof with screen shots. The timings will not be followed correctly.
I have recorded everything in which ebay is doing misconception to their customers.

Mate, Even the 20% ones didn't work at the time of payment!
Only a 10% one worked which is NOT a big deal.

This is a cheap marketing and invalid promo from ebay

they have deducted all the amount even after applying coupon.
Thank to the seller mark-infotech i was saved.

I have same experience for 100. 80 and 40% coupons. These coupons really does not work. Every time my efforts ended with the computer screen of "server unavailable" or "Coupon not active" or "Time expired".

How can "coupon not active" can come? then why coupon posted on site?

But, in all this coupons of 20 & 10% works very fine.

This promotional offer is fake and cheating with customer.
Ebay has good reputation so this type of cheap ideas are not required.
