Reason of claim: Item Not working
1) Contacted Seller but he is not responding (returning calls/email)
2) Contacted Ebay customer service more than 8 times, they are not helping or understanding my concern.
3) Visited MI authorized service center with the invoice i received from the seller & they rejected my warranty because i brought the MI product from Ebay and Ebay is not MI's selling partner.
4) MI service center denied me of giving any letter because the warranty is no valid since i brought it from ebay.(wont get any support from MI & they conformed it by mail)
5) I got a mail from Xiaomi conforming the statement "Items brought from Ebay doesn't cover manufacturer warranty"
6) My claim 2674765 got rejected by saying items comes under manufacturer warranty but the response from the manufacturer is mentioned above.
