I am seller on ebay. I apply from last 1 months to ebay customer support that I want a account manager. They always take my request and told me wait for next 24 to 48 hrs. but days go, months go no account manager assign for me.
Last time when I call ebay customer support the customer care executive say that I did not get account manager, cause ebay does not provide me this service.
I want to know why I did not get a account manager from last one months. If their is any charges then Please inform me, I pay the amount. But please give me a account manage. My selling was very low. I need help to increase my selling on ebay from my account manager.
If any higher authority of ebay see this post please give me a reply, and do something for me.
