Waiting for the claim amount since the past 9 months

I am a bona fide buyer at ebay.in with 5 positive feedbacks. I don't think its any exaggeration to express that I feel cheated by ebay.in, out of the 7 transactions I did on ebay 3 went bad. With that success ratio I dont think I am in a position to recommend ebay to any of my fellow corporates.

Looking to receive an acknowledgement now from ebay India since they have stopped acknowledging mails.

I wonder if the adjuster is even working with ebay india.
